WinterFest will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn in Wausau - 151401 County Road NN, Wausau, WI.

CSW Room Block Rates are $189 per night for Feb 1-2, 2024. Please contact the Hilton Garden Inn directly for availability at (715) 298-5775. Room block rates available until January 2.

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations will be accepted until January 25, 2024. Attendees who cancel before January 25th are eligible for a full refund excluding a $10 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations after January 25, 2024.
