This year we will be hosting a Chiropractic Philosophy discussion with guest speaker Mackenzie McNamara, DC, IHS, CACCP. This optional offsite event will be held at Willow Springs Garden (5480 Hillcrest Drive, Wausau, WI 54401). Appetizers provided and a cash bar available. CSW room block rate is $189 per night for Feb 7-8, 2025. Please contact the Hilton Garden Inn directly for availability at (715) 298-5775. Rate available through January 7, 2025.
Cancellation Policy:
Registration cancellations will be accepted until January 23, 2025. Attendees who cancel before January 23rd are eligible for a full refund excluding a $10 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations after January 23, 2025.
