Thank you for your interest in a CSW membership! We are a unique network of chiropractic leaders from across the state who are interested in making a positive difference for the profession, while educating the public about the benefits of chiropractic care.

We offer the following membership types:

1^st Year Doctor is intended for recent graduates and doctors in their first year of practice. Click here for more information about our 1st year doctor membership.
Annual Membership is a one year membership for doctors in practice for 2+ years. “Annual Membership” is a 1 time payment of $500. “Annual Membership (Auto-Renew Quarterly)” gives you the option to pay your dues in quarterly payments of $125 and will automatically renew until you choose to cancel. “Annual Membership (Auto-Renew)” is the one time payment of $500 that will automatically renew one year from your join date. We set-up the auto renew options at the request of our members who prefer the ease of the automated process.
Part-time membership is for doctors in practice less than 15 hours per week/semi-retired. It includes the same auto-renew options as the annual membership.
Student Membership is intended for university students currently completing their chiropractic degree. Click here for more information about our student membership.
