Join us as a vendor for the third ever WinterFest! This event will be hosted at the Hilton Garden Inn in Wausau, WI from February 2-3, 2024.

What Is Included In a Booth:

  • Registration for two representatives
  • One 6' table
  • 2 chairs
  • An attendee list at provided at check-in and a full attendee list after the event
  • The chance to connect with doctors from all over the state!
    • This opportunity extends beyond the exhibit hall - vendors are welcome and invited to join in on the winter activities being hosted, including a sleigh ride or going to a shooting range on Friday evening. RSVP in your registration!
Cost is $450 for a booth. 

Lunches are not provided to attendees at this seminar.  

Set Up/Take Down Information 

  • Set Up: Exhibitors may set up Friday, February 2 from 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m. All exhibits must be in place by 7:00 a.m. on Friday, February 2.  
  • Take Down: Exhibitors may begin dismantling their booths at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 3. 

Shipping Instructions

If you have items to ship, please send them to the hotel’s address of 151401 County Road NN, Wausau, WI 54401. On the address label, please place your name under the hotel’s name so the hotel can confirm the correct recipient.  

Schedule of Events 

There will be a 20 min break per 2-hour session where attendees will have time to visit the exhibit booths. Coffee will be provided in the exhibit area.

Hotel Room Block Information

WinterFest will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn in Wausau - 151401 County Road NN, Wausau, WI.

CSW's room block was released January 2, 2024. It is up to the hotel whether or not they will honor the group rate of $189 per night for Feb 1-2. Please contact the Hilton Garden Inn directly for availability at (715) 298-5775

Registration Deadline:
The deadline to register for WinterFest is January 19, 2024. Late registrations will be accepted through January 26, 2024 with an additional $50 fee. 

Exhibitor Cancellation Refunds:
Registration cancellations will be accepted until January 26, 2024 for a full refund excluding a $25 administrative fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after the registration deadline January 26, 2024. All refund checks will be issued after the conclusion of the event.
